  • Discover best practice for planning engagement strategy and sharing your video with audiences both online and offline

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does the course cost? 

The Stories for Impact Online Course is $150 AUD. This includes lifetime access to all four modules (FIND, MAKE, EDIT & SHARE), which includes over 50 videos, story templates, checklists and more.

How long does the course take?

This is a tricky question as it will completely depend on the story you are creating, your current skill level and the amount of time you’re able to commit. However, we recommend spending 4-6 weeks completing the course and at least 2-3 hrs per week (this includes going through the tutorials AND completing practical tasks).

Alternatively, you may choose to jump to a specific section where you need help, such as how to setup an interview or how to think about your audience.

What equipment and software do I need to complete the course? 

Equipment:

  • Your smartphone, tablet or camera
  • Headphones and a smartphone
  • Smartphone, tablet or laptop capable of running one of the software options below.

Software:  

We provide tutorials on all of the following software. You will only need to choose ONE.

  • Kinemaster (smartphones and tablets) – free with small watermark, or $7.50 AUD per month)
  • Filmora Wondershare (computer/laptop) – free trial, approx $100 AUD for lifetime license)
  • DaVinci Resolve (computer/laptop) – free
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (computer/laptop) – approx $40 AUD per month

Throughout the course you have the opportunity to ask questions and we endeavour to respond within 48 hours. For more involved support, you can book in a consultation session with us to tutor you directly.
