“Keeping the Humans in HR Think Tank”- Naked Ambition

Naked Ambition are passionate about design thinking as a way to tackle complex challenges. They teach the habits of innovation to corporate mavericks so they can solve complex challenges, seize opportunities and lead their companies into new territory, and provide the tools, techniques and (sometimes) mindset to make it happen. Digital Storytellers scribed a 1/2-day session for a group of HR folks across several different companies. The intention was to capture the ideas and insights around the future of HR, in response to a changing field with the introduction of AI and new technologies that will change the way we work.
